What will you change it to when LSU has a gay player?

His name is Chip.

He "comes out" every time he tells someone his name.

maybe gay people who are struggling to admit to their friends and loved ones they are gay care that a player in a sport w/players seen, fairly or not, as one of the more anti gay around care?

Did anyone else see the headlining articles at the bottom of the link?

Oh, and this guy just gave Todd Graham an out to leave for ANOTHER head coaching gig

eta: I am all for civil rights, but it's pretty selfish of him to draw so much media attention and distractions to his team. Seriously, I think it's safe to say that there are plenty of gay athletes in every sporting league.

I think it's on outsports which is a gay sports site. Makes it even funnier that people are complaining about it being reported on since I haven't seen it anywhere else. "Damn that gay sports website for reporting on a gay athlete!"

Yeah, I don't think this news will get the publicity Michael Sam got. you already know ESPN knows, and I don't see it being plastered on every news outlet.

I am sure it'll get a College Gameday special, but who the frick watches CG anymore? I am too busy chatting with fellow tailgaters or mixing another bloody mary

He'll win a courage award at the ESPYs for being the first non-Missouri gay college football player.

whole lot of sensitive folks in here....

guess you can't drop the terms fig or homo on the MSB anymore.

Me personally, I blame the LeBron fans, they are always switching teams.
