Anyone else think Packers will do well with Hundley?

I think Rodgers is the best QB in the NFL, but the Packers are also loaded. If Hundley can just do a manageable job, just like Cassel did in NE when he guided them to the playoffs.

With all the weapons they have, i think Green Bay still wins 10 or 11 games, especially in a weaker division like the NFC North.

Hundley has been in the system 3 years and now has time to practice with the first team. He will do well

As a Saints fan I'm worried about this game for no other reason than a team usually rallies around each other and steps their game up after losing a star player. Especially in that first full game.

Their O line had been killed with injuries, if they have not gotten better there that is bad news for an inexperienced QB. Also, they have big problems in the secondary. I feel like Rodgers has really been carrying the team this year. McCarthy is a good coach, but it will take an superb coaching job to get them to the playoffs.

The Packers are like the Saints. Their defense is mediocre so if ARod goes down, the team goes down

I don’t recall Cassel leading the patriots to the playoffs.

In fact 2008 was the only time they missed the playoffs from 2002 to the present day.

6-10 at best tbh tbh tbh

Those playmakers can’t do it without Rodgers.

Uh. That team is 100% dependent on Rodgers.

Mediocre D, no running game, poor OLine.

They’ll probably come out and smash the Saints and then not win another game.

I think the Saints are becoming a very dangerous team. Don't like GB +4 here.

Is your schtick "go full retard with an OP then abandon it"?

I'll ban bet you the Lions win the North.

Saints
Lions
@Bears
Ravens
@Steelers
Buccs
@Browns
@Panthers
Vikings
@Lions

I think they win two of the next three home games, which puts them at 2-2 on the first four. Then 1-2,then 1-2. So 4-6 the rest of the way, which puts them at 8-8

No way they win 10 of 11 games with Rodgers standing on the sideline in his baseball cap.

they are banged up on defense (secondary).

that was a big problem for them last year and it showed up big time against ATL in the NFC Championship.

they may do OK this week cause its the Saints and the Saints usually stumble in these types of games but beyond that.. who knows? What I mean is I could see them playing fired up this week looking to prove a point and playing with a lot of emotion but that can only last you so long.

To be fair, 2008 was one of the few times (maybe the third time ever?) that a team had gone 11-5 or better and missed the playoffs. Crazy weird year to not be in the playoffs

You started a thread eerily similar to this on Monday morning.
