First of all Arians can't cut him just by saying he's cut, I'm sure there's official documentation that has to be filed, and if that wasn't completed then no he wasn't cut.
If he had offically been cut then AB might actually have a grievance. Since AB is still a part of the team there's protocol for having injuries evaluated. If he was injured during the game he has to be evaluated by the team doctor, you don't just say I don't want to play, that's part of what the NFLPA collectively bargained with the NFL.
I don't see what case AB has. He's still on the team, he has to be evaluated by the team doc.

NFL investigations are meaningless though. They just release a fraction of a story to their media partners and push an angle. This is not just a Bountygate issue. Spygate, Ray Rice, Deflategate, Dan Snyder investigation, even Gruden.
It's why an investigation into this would mean nothing because of course they'll side with a team/owner/front office over a player with a bad reputation who's probably done in the league.

There’s enough cameras around to see if AB is telling the truth about the sideline interactions.
There’s text messages to prove if Arians had been informed about his ankle.
This isn’t exactly hard detective work.

I dont know why but i feel like this ends with Arians being fired/retired.
Brady has always had this guys back and i dont see he and Arians as particularly close. I feel like an ultimatum will be made with management and Brady will go to bat for Brown.
At some point i think they stick with Brown because they dont want to piss off Brady. Arians has enough and resigns.
