One thing I don’t understand, just because it’s been manufactured for over ten years, doesn’t mean there’s anything wrong with it.

Its kinda like a if you work at law firm and your boss says wear and suit and tie............you better wear or your gone.

Same thing here............Boss (the NFL) says wear this helmet to protect you and us..........you wear it or go home.

Don't work with this jerk..............you have 2 choices.........wear it or quit. Later idiot!

Why not have his old helmet tested and see if it passes the standard set?

It’s not made anymore and can not get certifiable parts for it
It’s warranty is no longer valid (5 years) and shell life is 10 years
NOCSAE will never recertify a hat 10 years old
NFL NFLPA collective bargained this

Brown is an idiot on this

Him painting it voided the warranty even more than age. He can’t wear the same model they don’t make it

If he wants same fit wear the Rawlings that isn’t made anymore but has 6 years left of certifications and 1 year she’ll warranty or the VICIS that MahomesWilson and Witten wear

apples and oranges on several levels. weird to me that some people want to talk about pro athletes as if they are at will employees of a league

Waivers don't usurp negligence.

Negligence is negligence...you can sign a waiver skydiving but that doesn't mean you can't sue if your chute doesn't open.

His lawyers could argue that the NFL was negligent by not forcing him to wear the new helmet.

“Brown is an idiot” could be a good summation of pretty much the entire offseason for him.

Raiders WR Antonio Brown has lost grievance to wear old helmet, per @ByMikeJones. Brown sought to use Schutt Air Advantage model, which is not approved under league parameters. Team has expected Brown back in Napa shortly regardless of the abritrator’s ruling. Brown’s move now.

Media stirring up irrelevant stupidity and they wonder why we don’t take them seriously. Driving a wedge into everything and ooooohhhh we got controversy.
