Yeah, that makes sense. I guess I'm equally surprised that he gave up on being an agent.

Dude is a whack job and I’d love to see him go down, but like other accusations it’s just hard for me to believe.

Why wait so long ?

Why go back after he pulled his dick out and force kisses you?
Why go back after he jerks off behind you and shoots a load on your back?

At the same time... would anyone actually be surprised if he did it either ? I wouldn’t.

No police report, AB got paid, she now wants to bring this forward. Hard to believe her story, why wait until now?

I was contemplating this myself, and at first it didn’t make sense.

But I’m thinking now the attorney is trying to get some leverage. I’m thinking the Raiders knew about it and didn’t expect it to be a big deal. The Patriots did not. AB and the Raiders have been a mess from the beginning, so a lawsuit isn’t a lot of leverage there.

On the other hand, AB moves to the Pats and wants to start off on the right foot. Now you throw this out there? To a degree it forces AB’s hand to pay her off to put this behind him immediately and concentrate on football.

The last thing the Pats want is this looming over the first half of their season.

This may be a dumb question but why not go to the police?

And if she did and no charges were brought, how does that look for a civil suit

But as of now I am forced to assume an LSU grad is lying or AB

I’ll pick AB

They had exactly one year of overlap (2009-2010) at Central Michigan.

Kind of crazy that they somehow meet up again nearly a decade later (2017-2018).

Only one of them signed a contract for millions of dollars over that time span...

Those texts, containing something similar to the English language, don't shine much incriminating light on Brown.

I thought AB just found out. If he did, there is no way the Raiders knew.

Pretty sure naturbating on someone isn’t legal

It will be interesting to see how many liberal Patriots who said "believe all women" and were outraged over Justice Kavanaugh will now twist themselves into pretzels defending Antonio Brown.

She can still press charges.

And the chances of that going anywhere at all at this point is zero unless she has a signed piece of paper of AB admitting to rape.....

Which knowing AB he may have been dumb enough to sign

California should have never tried to bring OJ to trial for murder, since they ultimately failed to prove that he did it.

Should have just jumped to the wrongful death civil suit the family eventually won to prove his guilt.

You know, since less evidence or proof is needed in a civil suit to empty someone's pockets.

Normally I would def think the girl was lying, but it’s AB and this girl is an actual college athlete and graduate who owns her own business, not some poor trash

I mean, she's clearly trying to get money, whether its true or not..... I mean, it's definitely not true. SHe's lying. But even if she was telling the truth, you understand the concept of a civil lawsuit, right?

So what does her "not being poor" have to do with a civil lawsuit that she filed the week AB got paid? She isn't filing criminal charges or symbolically suing for $1.

I mean, he could possibly get sexual assault for blowing it all over her back.

What's even more interesting is the fact that you think the average Pats fan is liberal.

True

But the pretzel part still stands. Your average pats fan definitely can’t stand “thugs and loudmouths yada yada”, but they likely won’t have a problem here

But that’s not just Pats fans. All fans are raging hypocrites

I hope you don't pull out and cum on your significant other then...

Where in those two messages does he say he did it without her knowledge or consent?

I know the lawsuit alleges that this is the case, but, from just the words in the text, we know he admitted to it (ejaculating on her back) and thinks it's funny.

For all we know, based on the messages, he could have done it with her full knowledge...possibly even in front of his baby momma, as she seems to have known about the situation the whole time.

I'm not proclaiming his innocence, but from what I've seen so far I can't say he's guilty.

Look, man, you're the one saying criminal charges should only be pursued if you know you can convict and civil lawsuits are the way to go.

I'm pointing out that civil lawsuits are much easier to get decisions in the plaintiffs favor.

Who knew the statute of limitations on rape was only 2 years?
