Do you realize how many red Harden sneakers Adidas is gonna sell in China? Clutch City is THE team of China.

Yeah, no. I mean I think Harden is a great player but I do think Curry is a lot more marketable.

Yeah but you are into broadway plays and stuff like that so I don't really value your opinion on the subject that much, sir.

Legit question, is your negative attitude about everything just an online persona, or are you just really depressed?

The game is much more enjoyable because of that

Well Jordan and durant make way more money than that.

KDs deal was 10/300

Harden only 13/200

Jordan made $90 million last year. Nike made $2.25 billion from the sale of Jordans.

Nike opts to not match Adidas LINK

quote:

Adidas has taken Houston Rockets forward James Harden away from Nike with a $13-year, $200 million offer.

Harden's agent, Rob Pelinka, who negotiated the deal, confirmed on Thursday that Nike informed him that they would not match the term sheet from Adidas. The deal with Harden, which will have him wearing Adidas shoes on the court and gear in social settings, will officially begin on Oct. 1.

Nike was smart to not match.

Even with China I dont think Harden is the kind of guy that will move enough merch to justify that contract.

No way he is worth that.

In the basketball shoe world right now there is

1.) Jordan
2.) Durant
3.) Lebron

and everybody else.

I would throw that money at Curry right now. Is Harden the type of guy you can build a national campaign around?

You forgot Kobe.

Also I think Curry just re-upped with UA

True, Kobe is still pretty popular in the shoe game.

Nike was smart to let him walk away. He is not a player you can build a world wide brand around.

Down vote away Rocket fans.

They're saving their money for AD.
