Good for him, but at 9 years.

You mean he might not set the AL record in homers again? Bold prediction

It's been working out great with Stanton.

Will the MLB provide him with juiced baseball the rest of his career?

Will he be using the same balls as last year?

9 years is a lot, but I guess $40M a season isn't too bad if you're the Yankees.

Are baseball contracts ever going to NOT be stupid? Pujols getting a 10 year contract in '12 was perhaps the pinnacle of this.

The same Aaron Judge that hit .063 against the Astros in the ALCS this postseason?

If this wasn't a Yankees payroll, I'd be concerned. He won't live up to the contract but it doesn't really matter. Worst case he becomes Adam Dunn I suppose.

Have fun. I still enjoy the cool breezes from all the whiffing he did in the postseason.

There's not a team in the world who wouldn't have given him the same deal if they could afford it.

Every single team in the world can afford it, it's whether the owner wants to pay it. They are all multi-billionaires.

Hard pass. He's played more than 120 games three times in seven seasons. I don't think NY had any choice though.
