“Actually, Burrow was the one, he looked at me, like, ‘Hey Aaron, that was a clean play.’ The quarterback told me that! I feel everybody start pushing me, hitting me. I almost lost it. The refs were like, Aaron, get out of here. They [the Bengals] already got me mad. Now they want to push on me, say all these words to me.

“You just woke me up. You just woke me up!”

Why did he need waking up for the biggest game of his life ?

This is a non story .

You want to win the ring, go disrupt and make plays. You shouldn’t need motivation to win the damn super bowl

The Bengals OL played like $hit that night, but they were all over protecting Burrow on the sidelines on that play, pushing Donald around like a rag doll.

So I don't know what he thinks he woke up from.

Yeah, sounds like the idiot writer messed the context up.

He was saying Burrow was on his side but everybody else getting in his face fired him up.

How pathetic he needed to be woken up for the Super Bowl by some pushing.

Some people are driven by emotions, which is good in that line of work, I suppose.

Like you know your a-hole from the 50 yard line. Nice use of punctuation up there.

I think it’s more along the lines of him knowing where the threshold is between playing aggressive and hurting his team doing something stupid. That can be a lot of pressure you put on yourself in a game like that.

The whole Marcus Williams Diggs play happened because Williams was afraid of getting there early and getting called for a penalty. So afraid of making a mistake that he made a mistake.

That's some super light smack talk to wake the beast.

I wonder what he does if somebody says some fricked up shite?

Aaron Donald talks too much. Has he retired yet? Or did they just satisfy his appetite for attention that week?

Burrow:That was a clean hit
Donald: in his head: ima kill that racist motherfricker

Lol
The article is so fricked up. Donald told the interviewer that the bengals line fired him up but yahoo writer sees that and say let’s say burrow to get clicks

Is the media completely incapable of giving an accurate representation of facts to the point that I’m having to defend an LSU player before I’ve even finished my coffee?
