This is a fancy way of saying that looked bad for half the game and just leaned on a team that they should have beat by 4-5 tds.

By that logic, A&M should have won by 60 today. What was the final?
I don’t think A&M has one of the top 4 resumes or is a top 4 team. They beat a team that resorted to using a female kicker to define their season because they were so shitty by 5 points, got a lucky break to avoid losing to Auburn, only beat a bad Miss St team by 14..

This team at least for the most part stops the run, unlike 2014 where they gave up 200 yards to multiple rushers. That 2014 team came together at the right time.

We went in to the Wisconsin game praying Melvin Gordon wouldn't go over 300 yards

Our defense was very suspect most of the year.

I think A&M has had a great season and has an argument. I just don't think today's results really move anything in favor of A&M.

If OSU was #4 before today, I don't think anything happened today that changes much

It’s been obvious we weren’t getting in for a few weeks without some help. I don’t think anyone is beating Bama this year and we had our chance and it wasn’t close so it’s hard for me to complain. It has been entertaining seeing the Big Ten shift their absurd rules around at last second though when they realized what could happen

8-1 vs. 37-48.

That's not very good.

And it's 27-48 for teams that didn't beat them by four touchdowns.

Maybe, but everyone agrees the rules were stupid originally. So them fixing the rules to make it correct should be applauded for finally doing the right thing.

Let's see if they change the 21 day rule to make sure OSU has all their guys before the playoff if they make it

It’s not that it’s just the 21 day rule is BS if they quarantine then test negative after 14 days they should play

I mean the original rules were completely stupid. People rightfully railed on the B1G for their original rules for months.

Then when they fix the rules to make sure their best team is eligible to play for the conference title, people think they should be called stupid again?

For once they did the right thing, just 3 weeks too late

Even if it’s the smart move, mid season rule changes are always a bad look.

Of course they were stupid. Doing something stupid then realizing it at the last second and correcting it to save the golden goose shouldn’t be applauded. You shouldn’t celebrate doing stupid shite even if they corrected it

“Doing the right thing” would have been starting the season when everyone else did and not having their idiotic rules. And I don’t applaud the SEC office for doing that, it’s called doing your job

Then why not whine about the ACC, too?

This is about A&M, not the Big Ten's rules.
