This is cultural appropriation. We took the sport Canada invented, got better than them at it. Promoted it better than them. Created the best hockey league in the world, invited multiple of their cities into our league, but still called it the NATIONAL hockey league. Lmao I love the USA!

Great win tonight! My wife and kids were a bit disturbed about 3 fights in 9 seconds, but I tried to blame Canada for booing the anthem

The US initiated the fights tonight on Canadian soil. The players from the US took the hockey way of explaining why they did and what they did, but everyone knows it’s because those canucks disrespected the USA and had to be treated like a bunch of bitches.
If you aren’t proud or the tkachuk brothers, there is something seriously wrong with you.
That is a team of proud Americans that are playing for our country in an event that isn’t the Olympics and interferes with their regular season.
It’s clear what they love and it’s this country.

It’s not even fully NBA / NBA All-Stars. McClung has played 5 more NBA games in his entire life than I have, and has played 5 more total NBA minutes in the past two seasons than I have. It’s like inviting a AAA player that can’t hit pitches with movement or off-speed pitches into the MLB HR Derby because he can hit a 70 mph throw up the middle 500 feet.
I guess he’s on a two-way… technically. But he’s not an NBA All-star. He’s not an NBA starter. He’s not an NBA bench rotational player. He’s not even an NBA player that’s end of the bench and only plays in blowouts. He’s legitimately not an NBA player. If you’re gonna include him, get rid of the “NBA” pretense and open it up to anyone. I’m sure there’s some guys from Rucker that (along with McClung) can make an entertaining product.
