Could just be a function of genetics and training along with the PEDs. Lewis was also built a lot differently

Yes. Lewis is gay. And yes, he doped.
I love how pissed Calvin Smith still is at him. Though DaSilva comes off the best. He lost, but he gets to go surfing and generally be awesome. No bitterness at all.
ETA: My favorite thing, which isn't clear from the doc, is that Johnson thought his sample was tainted because he tested positive for the wrong steroid.

The only one of the group who you can say most likely didn't take any PEDs. Sucks he had to race at that time

I have always thought he was but Calvin Smith seemed to be flaming.
That whole documentary was very bizarre

I thought Calvin was gay. Whatever, I agree. Very bizarre documentary. The truth, as with most things, is probably somewhere in the middle when you get so many opposing stories like this.

Yeah sure did, but he has a son on the track team at Florida

This was a pretty good 30 for 30. Lewis looks even worse than I expected after watching it.
I agree, Da Silva came off best. I liked Smith though. He didn't even try to hide his bitterness about the whole thing and it seemed like he wanted to say more about what he knew.

I enjoyed the hell out of it too. I guess I never knew Carl Lewis was a slight jackass. I was trying to find the truth to latch on to and by the time i pieced things together the official tester basically said "Frick It"

Supposedly HGH changes the shape of your jaw which in turn fricks your teeth up thus the need to straighten them out.

Basically HGH allows you to grow beyond your genetic potential and causes your jaw to expand.

Carl Lewis was then wearing braces when it was a common way to correct teeth shifting, a side effect of human growth hormone (HGH). Carl might well be innocent of these things, but if we are to use his standard of pointing fingers, there should be no doubt in one's mind.

I found it curious that Jackson didn't deny sabotage, but I still find it hard to believe that it actually happened.

Good point. I think it was clear Johnson was saying the positive wasn't what he was taking.

I actually think they were sabotaging him because they wanted to make sure he failed a test because they knew Johnson was druggin and thuggin

this is a good one. 30 for 30 is one of the few things espn is doing right nowadays.
