He is ranked 49 in the world currently with a career high of 29. Thats far better than challenger level

Lucky loser Virtanen is destroying Rublev 2-0 sets and won the second set tiebreak 7-0.

Rublev bageled him in the third, so Otto may be running out of gas.

Shitsypants is up two sets to one on Fils (who won Cincinnati).

That was an insane match. Rublev wins the 5th set tiebreak for the reverse sweep.

Collignon with an incredible choke in the tiebreak against Gorzny. 3 double faults in the tiebreaker

Yeah, that was tough to watch!
I don't expect Gorzny to fare well in his next match vs Medvedev.

Berrettini vs Stanimal in tie-break for first set right now!

Fils was my pick behind Carlos to win it. If someone can bounce Zverev, an American has a real chance.

Did Volynets get hurt or something in her match vs Noskova? She broke to go up 5-2 first set and hasn't won a game since, 5-7 0-5. Like, what?

Honestly, the doo rag/corn rows is kind of sick. Shout out AI.

First top 5 seed about to go down or reverse sweep?

Cobolli has looked awful dropping the first two sets 3-6 2-6 and just came alive in the third 6-3.

Cobolli breaks to open the 4th this smells like reverse sweep now.

Zverev down 2 sets to 1, but serving for the 4th set now.

When’s the last time the #1 seed in the men’s draw lost in the first round of a Slam?

ETA: chatgpt says it’s never happened

Placed a very small wager on him to win last night down 2 to 1 with about even odds.

If he would have lost, the draw would be as open as I can remember in 25+ years.

Karate Kid is a pretty solid player. I think that win will help Sascha in the long run.

The tournament is a bit behind due to rain. But, we get second round on the main courts today. Shelton/Hubi should be a good one.
