What a display from Alcaraz in what will probably go down as one of the most famous matches of all-time.

I never saw sinner get tight or play tight points. Not sure how it’s a choke

What? He had triple Championship point. Alcaraz didn't hit all these amazing shots, Sinner absolutely got tight and choked. He then was tight on his serve which Alcaraz took, to his credit.

Yeah having three chances to put it away and not is definitely a choke on some level.

He’s still played pretty well. But it’s okay to admit he should’ve won this a long time ago.

What a match for Alcaraz. He deserves it.

Tell me the tight points Sinner played there

Sometimes you lose points, it happens. He didn’t play tight

He also had a chance to close it out on serve the following game and had a pretty bad service game. I give credit to Sinner for fighting in the 5th, I thought he would collapse. But he did choke this away a little bit, and this loss is going to hurt, no other way to put it.

However Carlos certainly had to earn it, especially at the end of the 5th there, and he rasied his level in that tiebreak.

Classic match, probably the best major final since Djokovic - Alcaraz in Wimbledon a couple years back.
