Wow, I'm flabbergasted that I somehow managed to win. This competition was a lot of fun. It definitely added interest into what otherwise was often a race with little on-track action. I think my watching F1 for the past 35 years helped get an intuition on the outcome ¯\_(?)_/¯
I'll be happy to kick-in some money next year to help out.

I saw these Bburago models at Target and thought they would be a good alternative to the original Lego models I initially announced. The quality and detail is impressive.

Not the best F1 circuit, but it's a circuit, so I'll take it. 1 to 2 overtaking chances. Turn 1 and possibly turn 5 if someone gets a bad exit out out turn 3.

It was basically Days of Thunder but with F1. That's not a knock, I love Days of Thunder, but you don't watch it for the writing. It was just a fun movie.

Eh, I was pretty disappointed with some of the CGI racing scenes that looked like a high quality video game cut scene.

With a single detection overtake line, will the passing car still be able to use it after they've made their pass? With the old DRS regulations, if you had a single detection point for multiple DRS zones, you could still use it even after you've passed and are in the next zone.
