Was kinda hoping it would go down to the final race.

Why? So the people in charge can make arbitrary penalties or rulings?

Just look at Nascar disaster for examples

I like Max he’s my fave driver. He says what he wants and gives no F’s if it bothers anyone. His skill is off the charts. The moves he made in the rain were risky yet calculated and rewarded - was on the edge of mechanical grip.

I don’t think I liked it to be honest. Probably in large part due to YouTube TV.

FYI, the whole race was under the program of the prerace, whatever it's called on youtubetv.

If you record all F1 events, you still have it. The beginning was worth watching twice.

I was shocked a yellow came out during the formation lap, then the camera cut to the Aston and it all began to make sense

Then that idiot beached himself and I couldn’t contain the laughter

Good times

The qualifying recording was actually the sprint race
That was the Saturday qualifying recording, because they re-aired the sprint during the rain delay.

It didn’t record the Sunday qualifying for me because it wasn’t on the TV schedule. I had to watch that on ESPN app.

We're Lando fans in my house but his whining is really getting on my nerves now. The Brits are always so whiney. Rooting for Oscar to just annihilate him next year.

Same here, pulled for Lando for a while because he seems fun but now that he is in contention for a title he has gone full on entitled crying Brit

I expected this of Russell as an example, but didn’t think Lando would fall into the Brit trope

Ichabod would be absolutely insufferable if he was in Emoboy's position.

Norris is bad enough.

Meh. The biggest crybaby on the grid is also the reigning WDC, but no one on this board cares about that. Bunch of haters.

They can't help it. They're just being British.

Although he did have a “this car is undrivable” moment this past weekend, In less than a season, Hamilton is now the least insufferable British driver.

What a world we're living in where Hamilton and Alonso are the most chill. With age comes wisdom.

Imagine being a test driver, it going like shite, and you won't even get to benefit from any findings.

Meanwhile your next seat is battling for pole and wins every week.

He chose his words very poorly. If he would have said “The red flag hit their tire window just right and hurt our team’s as we had pitted earlier,” then none of this is a thing about him whining about a historical race by Max.

You should probably go back and watch his interview...

He said the same thing post Saudi in 2021; used the same wording.

Clickbait headlines and people wanting drama have turned this into way more than he ever said.

Looks like Bottas has been living his best life off track this whole year. Making the most out of driving that shite box.
Y’all remember when the Alpine was supposed to be a POS too?
