Hearing if Ricciardo is out then it’s going to be Lawson rather than de Vries at AlphaTauri. Some baptism of fire that would be #F1 #DutchGP

Nice! That makes more sense.

But yeah, missing FP1 and FP2 is really bad.

de Vries is a known quantity, but I don't see any reason to put him in the car

It being his home track is good enough reason.

Nah. You have to completely sever the driver from the car when you go about it the way RBR decided to go about it.

Agreed. Might have been the last time we see RIC in that seat.

Just watched the overhead shot of Danny’s crash. I guess this is why they’re trained to let go of the steering wheel. Happened so fast he didn’t seem to have time to react and do that.

McLaren fricking Ric once again. Hoping this isn’t the nail in the coffin for him

I think they've done about as good as they can do with the tire degradation and general unreliability of the car.

One of the letters fell off my Haas F1 hat.

Sadly, I was not surprised.

just watched the crashes - goofy

this circuit is constantly twisty and I bet it is a blast for the drivers but also physically tougher

It is one of the ones I look the most forward too...and they made it even bankier.

it is cool to see the cars run thru banked turns - it is almost a novelty these days

Looks more like a roller coaster ride. Wet FP3 earlier and about to start qualifying soon.

Love the interview with Guenther. MAG spins out and hits wall and will require new wing. They go to GS since they are the pit team doing live commentary. They ask him about the spin and car. He says they only have 2 wings left and “I’m pretty pissed off right now”.

It was a slow speed spin in the banked corner. Looked like MAG tried to accelerate on the banking and spun it.
