Sadly a young driver lost his life racing in heavy rain at Spa yesterday. He got in an accident and rebounded into the middle of the track and got t-boned at high speed.

I'm sick of these penalties hours after the race. Rules should be enforced during the race to at least give the teams to make up for the penalty by changing their strategy. It's just stupid to penalize them after the fact.

I don't believe I have ever seen that many penalties in one race. Decent GP for mid-pack racing. This sport needs more parity at the front of the grid.
