Not the race but all of the crap surrounding the race. It was just typical way overdone Miami which I can do wtihout.

I just don't think I like Will Arnett. He was great in Arrested Development as Gob, but that's kind of about all he's got in his acting range.

My kids love Lego Masters and think he's hilarious. But that's an example of a few too many Will Arnett jokes for me

My brother has probably 40+ $100,000 Haas C&C machine. Haas gave him and his family pit passes to the Austin race last year. Didn't even realize he was a big F1 fan but he is. First time I talked to him about F1 I said well your team is Haas I'm sure. He said "f**k no, I hate Haas."
I personally just don't see Haas ever being more than 7-10 team at this point. Seven would be a stretch.

Apparently he's not a fan of Gene Haas.
Gene is a pretty major POS by most accounts. The reason Guenther has to always call Gene is because Gene isn't allowed into most countries F1 races in.

Thanks for digging out the stats. When looking at 2018, they had Mag/Gro. MAG had 56 points that year which is more alone than the team has in any other year combinded. Ironically, in 18 HUL finished with 67 and 7th place (Mag was 9th and Gro was 14th).
This owner is not in it to win it or even be competitive. Thats why he keeps Guenther because he is probably much cheaper than a replacement would cost (and replacement would demand trying to be competitive).
HAAS is just taking up 2 grid spots. Their drivers are good and have to overcome the team to get points or not finish last. Its such a shame because with the US market now, there was a bigger chance of drawing in fans. The title races themself are all very mundane, but a good US owned team would have resonated with fans if they had chances to finish P5-P10 any given week, with outside chances of higher if attrition happens. But this team as constructed can’t fight itself out of a wet paper bag.

Is their P+L public?
Just curious how much they make at the end of the day.

Petition to appoint TouchedTheAxe82 as HAAS team principal.
I will drive in place of Hulkenberg.

With all the shade being thrown at Gene Haas above, I don't think I'm up for the challenge.
I hate shitty bosses.

I'll be in Austin this year as well.
Sec T9-8, Row 24, Seat 25 - 26
Staying north of Austin downtown this year. Much more difficult to get a VRBO this year than previous years.
I also have 2 tickets to the British Grand Prix if anybody is interested.

We were at the Canadian Grand Prix last year. Best F1 trip I've taken. Just an awesome track, city and experience. And yes, the dollar conversion last year was a huge benefit.
I can't recommend that Grand Prix enough.

Why does no one say this about Williams?
Haas has finished in front of them about every year but the disastrous 2021 where they put all development into the following years car. (And had shite drivers)
Get so tired of the Haas must go clowns. frick off.

Well, he's a felon I'd guess due to his tax "issues" years back. I assume some countries are uppity about that.

I don't want HAAS to go. That's muh team, bro.
I want them to be more competitive and fix the dadgum tire issue. We're going through more tires than anyone else on the grid and we don't have anything to show for it.

Melt much? Who said Haas must go? I stated he isn’t trying, never said he needs to go. He needs to hire new people and try and move up the ladder. He is missing a golden opportunity with new US races. Take a chill pill, its a discussion board discussing racing and an owner who isn’t trying hard.

Your motion is denied.
Congratulations on your appointment.
What are you going to do to fix the way the car eats up tire in traffic?

Damn. Williams in here taking strays. Y'all leave my guys out of this.

Steiner needs to get Fred all liquored up on Campari to find out what Ferrari did to get their shite suspension working.
*I do know Ferrari changed shock suppliers but that was quite a while before they apparently fixed the problem.
