Rather see that matchup anyway. This is such a boring arse Stars team outside of about four players all because of a coach that grinds things to a halt

GG Stars. Helluva series. All the respect in the world for Otter.

Frankly - I was surprised Dallas did as well as they did with a couple of their lines stitched together with silly string.
Klingberg...as much as I love him... is about done IMO. Stars need a fresh goon and another fast puck-handling magician to get over the hump.

Jesus Christ ESPN it's a game seven OT goal. Why are we having to wait for ten minutes before you show a replay?

Otter faced 67 shots as his offense could only muster 28 SOG. Dude played his arse off and got very little help in a Gm 7

Been that way since the day they fired Monty. They need to let Bones walk and find an offensive minded coach that can teach them to shoot the puck instead of just hoping to grind it out in the corners.

Alright, after a tremendous first round, now we're on to round 2. My picks in bold

Edmonton vs. Calgary
St. Louis vs. Colorado - surprise, upset pick.

Tampa Bay vs. Florida
New York Rangers vs. Carolina

I know the Greasers were really good in the last month or two of the season, but if the Flames play them the way they played Dallas, Edmonton will get flattened. Might get swept, even.

Mike Smith on a good night is half the goalie Otter is, and the Oilers don’t defend anything like Dallas. Probably will have some very high scoring games.

Well the lie has finally ended. I can not say they are living the lie.

In less than a week Vegas has lost a coach and Britney.

I'd love for the Oilers to win but if they played like they did vs LA, a much inferior team, they are going to bow out in 5 games.

I'm going with Tampa, Carolina, Calgary, and... Colorado (please don't screw up)

Word has it that Blue Genie is eyeing Winnipeg. He can be their consolation if Trotz comes here instead of going there.

It amazes me the number of coaches who get recycled and keep coaching in the league. I don't know if the Isles approach of promoting from within is the right move (not in relation to letting Trotz go), but I commend it rather than hiring up someone who's been around.

Going to be tough for Tampa without Brayden Point. They say extremely doubtful for game 1. Am not sure he makes it back for this series. The Forward lines are going to see a major shakeup and if game 1 goes bad, we will probably see 11/7.

I'm liking The Point show on the Deuce right now. Has this been on all year?
