We'll be saying the same thing after the Rangers stun the Lightning by winning tonight in their own building, take over Big MO, then return home to win the series back home in MSG.

NOTE: The Rangers are 5-0 in potential elimination games this postseason.

The playoffs have been very blah to me, but it's a great final. And I got in on Tampa +450 when they were down 2-1 to the Rangers. Let's go.

Meanwhile Darcy Keumper, human sieve, is headed to his zero straight Stanley Cup championship and was attained for Connor Timmins, a couple of picks, a bag of chips, and a lifetime supply of Pez.

Lets GO Avs !

DK will get the game 1 start. Hopefully Kadri and Cogliano will be ready to go by game 2 Saturday. Not sure about game 1

Now back to the topic at hand..

This should be a great Cup Final. I will go w/experience and take Tampa in 6 and the 3-peat. But I won't be shocked to see the Avs win it in 7.

The Colorado Avalanche and Tampa Bay Lightning are set up for quite the compelling matchup in the Stanley Cup Final, and the Game 1 ticket prices reflect as much.
The price for a ticket to Game 1, at an average of $1,061, is the highest Stanley Cup Final Game 1 ticket since 2010, according to Vivid Seats. This average is based on the prices for tickets already sold.

Nothing actually. Made some
Money on Avs last few rounds tho. This will be rough. I’m
Not betting this final unless someone goes up 3-0 or 3-1.

In all honesty, I think TB +155 to win the Cup has a hell of a lot of value. The Avs likely will be rusty Game 1 and have already had plenty of slow starts these playoffs (particularly against STL).

You might be able to get a 1-0 or 2-0 lead by TB in the 1P and get the Avs live ML at plus odds. Even if TB were to win Game 1, then you'd have the Avs at plus odds to win the Cup and you guarantee some profit.

I can't see this being any shorter than six games, so there's a lot to play with here.

I hit five or six games in a row riding the Lightning and Avs in the conference finals. This series is a coin flip to me, so I like the plus money where I can get it, like tonight.

What's y'alls predictions tonight boys?

I have a feeling the rust/tight play will be real tonight for COL and TB's experience will get them a two goal lead in the first. Avs roar back to tie it up, only to lose by a late goal by TB to win it 3-2. I hope I'm wrong, but it's what's been in my head all day.

Ultimately I think these teams trade home games, then the Avs go on to win in 6 (assuming Kadri and Cogs come back and are healthy).

I think rust plays big factor and Avs lose tonight but still close game 2-3 or 1-3

Hope I’m wrong
