Preseason in full swing, seems like a good time to get things going. Not much has changed unlike last year, just faces in different places. Edmonton went back to the blue sweaters for home and San Jose has new threads as well - most notably the teal shorts.

Klingberg to Anaheim
Kadri to Calgary
Krejci is back with Boston
Gaudreau is in Columbus of all places
Chairot is a Red Wing
Tkachuk was sent to Florida for Huberdeau
Trocheck to the Rangers
Claude Giroux to the Senators
Kessel is in Vegas
(there are others, this is all I remember off the top of my head - not a knock on any team)

Coaching changes:
Bones to Winnipeg
Doboer to Dallas
Mongomery in Boston
Richardson in Chicago
Torts to Philly
Quinn to SJ
Cassidy to Vegas

I just want the Ducks to be playoff relevant past February. Would be a nice change of pace

I'm not sure if Klingberg can help you there, he faded off big time last year and was healthy.

Hopefully OV gets to 815-825 on goals this year

780 to start the year...114 behind Gretzky and and 21 behind Howe

I fully expect Klingberg to be gone by the deadline to a contender. No expectations there either way honestly

Awesome they got this done - Stars are going to hand him $11m+ on his next deal once Seguin and Benn's contracts are done.

Meant to post this yesterday but happy 57th birthday to Mario Lemieux, the 2nd greatest player ever and the man who saved hockey in Pittsburgh twice.

Happy birthday Le Magnifique.
