I somewhat understand her position on this. If she allows them to use the logo she then loses copyright and trademark over the logo. It is just like a NCAA school going after HS for not asking for permission.

Skoal Bandit scheme just got scratched this weekend because you can't advertise Tobacco at major sporting events because everyone is a pussy these days and doesn't dip.

He’s such an underrated driver because he’s quiet. Extremely methodical. He’s also great at iRacing. I think that hurt some of the old guard (Kes, Busch, Harvick) in these new cars because everyone’s gotten the same time in them.

I’m 35 and have probably smoked 5 packs of cigs my whole life, and dipped maybe 50 cans, so I can say this pretty unbiasedly…
The war on tobacco is pretty wild when you really think about it.
There’s another commercial for a new flavor of alcohol everyday.
Can’t walk down the street in any big city without smelling weed.
