For the regs this year the rear end of the car must break away from the chassis at a lower load to reduce accelerations upon the driver.

Schumacher's car shows this. Maybe that wouldn't have happened under the old regs. It's being talked about as bad but actually, it's good - and regulated for specifically this year.
