That's not a bad list. A few changes I'd make...
I'd probably swap out Sainz and Lando. Combine tier 4 and 5. I cant really think of a reason why I'd have K Mag over Gasly, and I like K Mag more. I feel like Ricciardo and Mick dont need to be in the same tier. Mick hasn't really done anything to make me think he's not one of the worst drivers out there right now and Ricciardo has to be given some credit for past success.

Tier 5 needs to be in tier 3. I'm not so sure Albon isn't driving the best out of anyone outside of the top 3 teams. Q3s and points finishes in his first season and has obliterated Latifi. To be honest he's driven better than Russell did while he was at Williams.

That's true. I'd put Albon there too, I wouldn't Gasly though. I'm glad Albon is having a good year.

he's also driving a different car than Russell drove. Russell drove some of the worst Williams cars ever constructed. Kubica couldn't do shite in that Williams either.

Kubica wouldn't do shite in Max's car.

Touche. Old Kubica wasn't the best, but you have to admit that Williams was a soft turd on wheels.

What are the chances Ferrari runs on mediums all weekend no matter racing conditions to match the livery - calling it “strategy”

Wouldn’t surprise me one bit.

Should be tier 2 IMO. Dude has been solid this year, with a less superior car, consistently in the 4-7 spot range.

They'll go have soft & half mediums for the red/yellow combo.

Bring out 3 reds then a yellow 15 seconds later or 3 yellows then the red?

Ham taking a new PU this weekend, so he will be at the back. If Checo can get it together, RBR should be looking at maximum points this weekend.

Ole Checo has been off for a few races now, hopefully he gets it together soon.
