Not showing the car because of how serious the crash was, don’t want to put that on tv in case he is seriously injured.
Edit: based on that replay link above looks like George caused that accident by sliding over and clipping the front of another car

They already cut Zhou's in car cam short on F1TV. Just starting to turn over than cut.
Someone got into the back of PleaseClap that turned him into Zhou. Crofty said Russel was upside down but that was obviously wrong.
