(Alonso and Mick crashes earlier in the season).
Mick crashed because he went over the curb at Jeddah and ran out of talent at Monaco. Not due to porpoising. And Zo crashed due to a hydraulic failure unless I'm forgetting a wreck.
While I have seen plenty of instances of the bouncing in corners, including here at Baku, I have yet to see someone get out of shape or lose the car because of it. Which is actually surprising.

What’s the top speed on this track? I saw Alonso just get up to 210. Nuts

Check out Zo's top speed. Flying low.

Car high centered. George was touching on that point. How there have been a lot of complaints that the cars are riding in the board in some turns.
Like I said, I have heard little snippets from here and there about the issues, but nothing constant from any one driver or team.
The comment about if we are going to run the cars this low for years to come some issues might need to be addressed.
Scenes like Gasly having to be helped out the car in Saudi (I think) and Hamilton last week looking almost crippled make me think things are being discussed between drivers.

Merc running old engines. Not sure if they will turn them up, but lots of miles on each is the word.
Guess they figure no need to burn through engines if they can't get the aero to work.

Scarbs made a point about this recently... they really arent down on power like most people want to believe... they are doing just what you said... figure out the aero and then turn them up gradually... I'm thinking cost cap is a player in that decision, and not so much engine allocation

Delay start to Quali. Seems F2 did more damage to the track.
Scratch that. Just delaying quali since FP3 was delayed

Carlos about to become a meme

I’m so glad we haven’t gotten non-stop Toto this year

What did Carlos do now to become a meme?
Edit: getting over Covid so slept late and didn’t get to watch FP3

Toto- we're not comfortable about going into Q3

This quote from Toto really isn’t aging well….
Unless he meant everyone will have targets on their backs because Merc would be so fricked this year they would be behind most of the grid.

And here we go…. Obviously Ferrari/RB on top, but hoping for a Sergio over Max

Hamilton's "My team doesn't make mistakes" is aging way worse

Yes, it one of the few times it wasn’t about him… he was actually magnanimous.
Too bad he was wrong, mate
