Ah. Thanks for the correction. Brain dead today.

A metered push to pass/DRS combination might work. Using the DRS wing but can only use it so many times per race.
In this case, the five fastest cars get two each, the next ten get three, and the final group get five.

I'm glad Sainz had a nice race after so many tough breaks already this year. I thought he was going to get hosed on the restart because Perez had a better set of tires but I was glad he was able to hold him off.
Some people think Ferrari screwed up the strategy and should have pitted both cars late

Think it was the steering shaft. Sir Frank was willing to make the sacrifice.

The entire post race including the interview was a total shite show. Not sure what to say to you if you can’t see that. It was embarrassing and encapsulates everything that is the perception of Americans by many Europeans. We’re our own worst enemy at times.
It was like Liberty and the promoter were trying to prove the worst American stereotypes are normal and real.
I found it as cringeworthy as most of the Euro crowd I'm guessing.

O gtfo. He seemed like he was a genuine fan of the sport and their driving. Also, it was at the most three minutes of total interviews, who cares if he didn't seem as smart at you would like.
He called Leclerc "Chuck".
Willy T has never been accused of being an intelligent man. And it's not his first time in front of a mic. Apparently whoever signed him up did zero research before saying "Yes, let's sign up the black former race car driver to do the post race interview that will be broadcast around the world."
Willy has always been terrible with a mic in hand. And no one other than die hard race fans know who he is.

They have issues all over the team. Pit stops are slow. At least no wheels falling off like years past. But at some point Guenther has to be held accountable unless Haas is not letting him upgrade people and drivers.
Mags is a good and fast driver that occasionally gets overly exuberant. I don't have a problem with him and they tried two rookies last year. It doesn't work.
Schu is paid by Ferrari, so he isn't getting replaced unless Ferrari wants him replaced. He also brings the 1&1 sponsorship, which isn't big but it is something.
Guenther is essentially the reason there is a team at all. He talked Gene into it. I think he's pretty untouchable short of being promoted up the ladder somewhere. I agree that the problems are at his feet.

It was broken but it is a chicken and egg question. I still think it was a rear puncture due to the dynamics of the car and Senna's throttle inputs. That being said we will never know. With today's telemetry and HD video, it would be much easier to do the forensic investigation and there was certainly a lot of obfuscation by Williams as a result of the criminal investigation.

Who said it was okay to bring up Senna's name? Have some respect, Baws.

On my way back to the media centre, I learn from a team boss that Michael Andretti has been working the paddock, chasing signatures for a petition to waive the $200m 'anti-dilution' fee required from new entrants.
Andretti is so full of shite.
"Put it up for bid! I can outbid anyone!"
Meanwhile he's trying to get the $200 mil entrance fee removed. He's looking like a clown.

That makes him look real bad.
Maybe Gene has a good reason not wanting to deal with him.

Liberty Media has purchased land near the Strip for $240 million ahead of 2023's Formula 1 Las Vegas Grand Prix.
The 39-acre plot of land will serve as the race's pit and paddock complex.

$240 million would likely buy most existing road courses in the US.

I figured it would've been more but I supposed they were a bit limited on space. Wasn't COTA in 2021 announced to have been over 400,000?

F1 Miami Grand Prix on ABC becomes second most-watched F1 race in the US of all time with 2.066M viewers.
It trailed NASCAR's Darlington race on cable (FS1) with 2.614M though the F1 race had more viewers under 50.

Where did I say he was? But that also doesn't disqualify you from asking three drivers one question that they told him to ask.

Every very casual fan or first time watcher that tuned in would need those three questioned to be asked by Schumacher if it had to be someone they know. They could have put Alain Prost up there and it would have been only die hard fans would have known who it was.
It's pretentious opinions like this that would turn someone off from the sport more than having a mediocre guy ask a few questions. Get over yourself.

In fairness, I'm married to a Brazilian and her country still mourns his death so my views are obviously influenced by this.
