Yep. Especially this early in the season it is taking a lot of R&D time by being in Parc Ferme most of the weekend.
Would be interesting to see different engine modes allowed or different setup changes for the two "races"

I’m solidly in the camp of hating the sprints.

With new cars this will be a parade as teams can’t afford to gamble for the pre game show. Not enough parts, should have given at least half season before any sprint weekend

Hoping Haas can get back in the points this week

I'll explain myself a bit...
I think the sprints are gimmicks, and the fact that they're only at 3 races makes them seem even more of a gimmick.
Their purpose is to generate more money, I understand that, by having an important thing on each day, quali Friday, sprint Saturday, race Sunday.
I've always appreciated F1's ramp up to the big race, press conference on Thursday, all the speculation following FP1 & FP2 on Friday, the excitement of qualifying on Saturday, and (hopefully) a great race on Sunday. This format is also easiest to follow for anyone new viewing F1.
Sprint format are the Michael Bay Transformer movies of racing formats, packed full of action for the sake of being packed full of action. Confusing for new people too. First we practice, then we qualify, then we practice again and then we race but this race is to set the order of the actual race so qualifying is a little less important and after we race THEN we race race for the big race.
Sprint formats is having something for the sake of just having something, a gimmick. My fear is that too many gimmicks(as well as too many races) start to water down what is already a great product. If it isn't broken, don't fix it.

It's just really arbitrary to do it at 3 races. Plus it gives an extra points advantage to drivers and teams who happen to do well at the circuits with a sprint and it could multiply the points loss for a driver who is unable to race for whatever reason at one of the weekends with a sprint.

Nice, shiny hook right there…. May catch some with that one.
I've only been posting for two pages on here, I openly admitted I'm not very educated on it but I'm enjoying it more and more. I've never read or watched a single thing about Hamilton other than DTS. So that's all I know about him. I'm definitely not trying to bait anyone into an argument.
I collect sports cards, and his stuff sells for like 2-3x more than the next guy. In a similar way as MJ and Brady. looking at that made me think he is either very widely viewed as the GOAT or just really popular.
I wasn't trying to spark a big debate, I just genuinely thought he might be a likeable guy based off DTS.

Lewis is polarizing. People love him or hate him. I haven’t seen much middle ground. He’s achieved a lot and won’t let you forget he came from nothing. He’s won more than Schumacher so he does have that GOAT status, but Schumacher did it with a much more inferior vehicle.
I don’t think he’s hated as much by other drivers the way DTS makes it seem.
Like other athletes/actors/ entertainers, I just want to hear about their on field/track achievements and don’t want to hear about the causes they are promoting. I find he lets you know every chance he gets.

Lewis Hamilton everyone
At this point I would be shocked to see any of the F1 drivers admiring good looking women like red blooded males.

People follow drivers social media and get themselves worked up when the drivers post their views/opinions/etc.

Hamilton is a hypocrite. He says one thing then lives his life in opposite fashion. He's a fantastic driver to be sure.

Most of the drivers seem to have hotboxes on their arm.
Meanwhile Ham has his blonde personal assistant that follows him everywhere, including holding a fan on him in the garage, while dragging his shite around.
