I know Snell isn't pitching well this season, but if they re-sign Scherzer, who has said he wants to be on the west coast, their starting rotation next season could possibly be:

I think him saying he wants to be on the West Coast was him saying as much as he could about wanting to play for his Mizzou buddy Tingler. Obviously he couldn't say he wanted to be traded to the Padres. But I would guess they have a better chance than most would of re-signing him.
