Twitter is money right now:

Lance Stephenson is probably accidentally gonna answer the backdoor and let Mark Cuban inside the house.

Mark Cuban: Dominic Toretto?
Dom: This is him
Cuban: I have a job for you

Guaranteed contracts in the NBA, it's a little different than the NFL when it comes to messing with a man's livelihood.
Agreed, I wouldn't feel as bad for an NFL team because they sign contracts all the time and don't intend on living up to them, but in the NBA the majority of contracts are fully guaranteed.
This is such a bullshite move on his part. I should be happy because this means that the Mavs will probably suck this season and that will help the Pels, but it's such a chickenshit move that I can't get behind it.

Clippers are even MORE unlikable than before.

It definitely hurts the Pels overall (along with any other Western Conference team that could compete for a title over the next 3 seasons).
Pels could very well have been better than the Mavs with Jordan and the Clips without him. Clips are now back to a guaranteed top 4 seed unless they have MAJOR injury issues or AD ascends to a higher level of being.

Meh, now they are basically guaranteed to be better than the Mavs (probably were before anyway). Clippers don't scare me anyway.

Why do people hate the Clips in all of this? They're just doing what they have to do. NBA reporters have mentioned earlier that these 11th hour pushes happen all the time, just not in the public like this.

Probably the most disappointing things about this offseason is that we've gotten very limited Bill Simmons coverage. If he's still technically under contract with ESPN, they both need to come to a brief agreement and let him and Lowe do a ~3 hour podcast tomorrow.

They aren't trapping him. If he didn't want them there they wouldn't be there.

If Jordan really wants to be with the Clippers, pick up the phone, call the Mavs and break the bad news. It’s that simple.

Seems like the big winner here is Wes Mathews.
No clue how healthy he is. Gonna get paid regardless and won't have any pressure now that the Mavs will tank for the lottery.

Speculation rising amongst NBA executives that Pacers will approach Mavs about a Roy Hibbert trade if DeAndre Jordan opts to re-sign w/ LAC.

But he could end all this if he just had the balls to make a decision and tell Cuban to his face.
It says a lot about what the Clippers think of him that they'd rather have a sleepover than let Cuban talk to him face to face.

once again, kind of stupid to say considering all that has happened today, but theres no way the pacers do this

I'm told that DeAndre Jordan won't even take a phone call from Mark Cuban or Chandler Parsons.
