There's too much out there at this point for him to end up in Dallas.
I'd love to be a fly on the wall wherever Cuban is right now. What a complete dumpster fire. And he's already said that plan B was to go "full tank" if DAJ didn't join the Mavericks. Even most of the dead money contracts have been offloaded on the tankers so they won't even be able to do that properly.
Everything the Mavericks have touched since 2011 has turned to garbage. Probably a fair punishment for refusing to re-assemble a title squad without an alternate plan to compete.

made a comment about rtr posting a bunch of tweets...didn't really go into detail how some of them are random as hell and that he does not add a lot to basketball conversations other than posting shite from twitter, but that was my main point. Yeah this fricks the Mavs EXTREMELY hard.
They can't even really tank now, unless a lot of other teams back out of deals as well.

I thought about that, but I think he's a Fegan guy too. Either way, the initial announcment of his deal with the Mavericks said the total amount of compensation rather than his commitment generally was contingent on Jordan joining the Mavericks.
He's probably just going to get even more money out of the deal.
