Go get that check, Harman earned it. But the British Open should be ashamed. That winner's check is still a million dollars less than any regular LIV event.

As someone who had a top 5 play on Rory, that putt by Rahm was brutal
My first thought was oh boy, that stings for quite a few people

Got a problem with Rory???

The only problem I have with him is that he did not shoot the 85-85 I was hoping he would.

Maybe he will save that for the Masters next year

You Rory haters are something else.

Get a fricking life.

The Masters was a snooze fest with Rahm running away too.

This puts a pretty big wrench in America Ryder cup. Harman will be an auto bid now.

I think you have to tell JT to kick rocks

Will come down to burns and JT. Burns won the match play, so kinda hard to not take him

Quick look at the standings, auto bids after this week

Scheffler
Clark
Harman
Kopeka
Xander
Homa

Next 8 in contention, you take 6

Cantlay
Bradley
Spieth
Morikowa
Young
Burns
Fowler
JT

I’d leave off Morikowa and JT

Impressive final round and weekend. Everyone was waiting for him to blow up and he just kept the foot down.

It was.

You wonder though if he will be another of those guys who caught lightning in a bottle for 4 days, won his major, then will kind of fade into obscurity. Seems there have been quite a few of them since the Tiger era ended.
Time will tell.

It's not about the check, it's about having your name on the Jug, with the likes of Morris, Jones, Thomson, Hogan, Nicklaus, Watson, and Woods for an eternity .

That's exactly what will happen. These are not dominant golfers.

It still looks like Rham is the most complete golfer on the tour. But the golf channel isn't going to spend the last half of their Open coverage wondering out loud what's wrong with Rahm's game.
