there are 9 teams in the SEC that ohio state might very well be better than, but they aren't going to just curb stump them like they are now.
There are good teams outside the SEC. But there are no gemmies in the SEC. Ohio state runs up on a team like a and m on a C game day and they will get dealt with. ]
Bama doesn't get to circle auburn as their big game and look forward to that one game all year, resting players, playing bad games overlooking opponents. IF you do not bring your A game in the SECC everyday you're gonna probably lose. Unless your playing the vols

There are 14 teams in the SEC that Ohio State is probably better than.
To quote Christian Laettner, on any given day the best can be beaten.
The season is still so young. Va Tech could score on this drive and people could be swinging their opinions right back the other way.
Ohio State could win this game 65-0, and it would still only tell me so much.

exactly tosu might very well be the best team in the sec if they were here but at some point a c game would come and plenty of teams in the sec would make them pay for it. The big 10 only mich state can make them pay for a c effort. Which when you only face one legitimate challenge it is extremely easy to make sure the C effort game doesn't come.
It is the same concept as when everyone was riding the boise dick around because they would beat a big team in a bowl or to open the season. when the season is only 2 or 3 games it is extremely easy to have the team ready for it.
I don't think anyone would deny that TOSU is the best team in the country right now.
