When does Tiger tee off, fairy boys?

I'm not mad. I don't know how they should handle the situation.
All I know is they wouldn't suddenly do this for anyone else, and that's crap.

I'm not a tiger fan or a fan of golf. I do, however, enjoy a good sports story such as someone dominating their respective sport or a good comeback story.
Hence me saying if he was dq'd me and millions of others wouldn't be watching.

If he knowingly broke a rule he has to withdraw. Has he said in any interviews that he knew he broke the rule?

What's crazy is that he hits the perfect shot & 99.99999% of the time would be rewarded with a tap in birdie. Instead he now makes a snowman and ignites a storm of controversy.
I just mentioned that earlier, I left work right after he hit that shot at 530, and now here we are 10 am the next day and people are calling for his head. Not to mention with that Birdie he takes the solo lead at the time, now he is 5 shots back.

They didn't suddenly do it. The rule they applied has been in place since 2011.

Not in so many words. But he gave his intent in the post round interview.
He hung himself with what he said. He has only himself to blame.
Thug POS.

How pathetic are these people. Tiger was apparently done on Thursday after being 4 strokes down. Now he's 5 strokes down and their so fricking terrified he's going to win the Masters after not being DQ'd.

why he got a 2 stroke penalty
Under the new rule 33 you're correct.
However, he admitted in the post game interview that he backed up to get correct yardage. He KNEW what he did was wrong. He had three options and used none of them.
He should WD.
If its anyone but tiger this 2 shot penalty isn't even talked about and the player does the right thing and DQ's themselves. Especially if they admitted, like tiger, that they backed up to get the correct yardage IE (competitive advantage)

That is really the only issue I have, is that they used the HDTV rule, which was put in place so that because of HD TV's viewers can't call in to say someones ball moved, or they hit a tiny leaf in their back swing, without the player knowing and get DQ'd.
I'm not so sure that rule applies here, I don't claim to be a golf expert however.

Not really. He said he dropped 2yds back so he wouldn't hit the flagstick again. The 2yds back isn't really the problem if he actually thought his ball bounced straight back into the water. In reality he should've dropped about 15yds to his left. I think the 2 strokes is punishment enough but I'm not part of the Tiger lynch mob so what do I know?

I don't think he realized it, no way he talks about it in an interview if he knowingly did it.

I'm no expert on the rules either. Hell, the IRS tax code is not as complex as the rules of golf.
Like I said previously, I'll rely on the rules experts who met with TW and reviewed it intently. Log onto the Masters web site. Nantz is on with Faldo & Feherty. Wonder what they will be discussing?
