Yeah they can but not 320. and if you arent hitting it straight you arent hitting it 320. need roll for that. ie hitting the fairway.
and yeah most pros do not carry the ball over 300.

I am not an idiot. I know how far I hit and I am not trying to swing my e-dick. I'm not very good. I shoot low-mid 80's. But unless every scorecard on every course I play is wrong, I hit 300..
Last weekend at LSU, I hit my drive on 15 on the 16 tee box. Then on 16 I let one sail over the railroad tracks out of bounds.. then hit my second drive to the 150 marker.. so that drive was like 350.
I never understand why this is so unbelievable. Many amateurs and hackers can hit 300 yard drives.
