I am all for using every avenue including telling other countries to control their end of it. Mexico and China make too much money in the drug and fentanyl trade to stop it without "motivation" and Trump just gave them a reason to stop turning a blind eye.

Sheinbaum said Mexico suffered from an influx of weapons smuggled in from the United States, and said the flow of drugs “is a problem of public health and consumption in your country’s society.”

She really said this?
That said, the fentanyl cat is out of the bag. It's potency makes it super easy to smuggle any which way into the US. Even more so with newer synthetic opioids that are more potent than Fentanyl. It's here. It's not going away. Let's deal with it.
