This doesn’t belong on the money board. I’m going to make an admin request to move to political board.

In the grand scheme these months will be a small bump in the road. I’ve failed miserably at timing the market so I don’t even try.
Yep.
My only strategy in times like these is to not look at my portfolio for a while. My contributions are set and I rarely if ever change anything.

Inflation and Bidenomics definitely has to do with the Money Board. This is a thread that mentions Trump 100 times

I voted for Trump but this tariff stuff is going too far and he needs to dial it back. Otherwise he risks losing (may have already lost) support from a good chunk of the business community. Chaotic look, magnified somewhat unfairly by the media, is not going to be good for his approval numbers. Consumers will notice the price increases on certain goods like avocadoes.

Looks like an another 1%+ drop again today. Tanking the economy in a month is impressive.
I love the TDS posters coming out in full force in Trumps first month….i hope yall still come post in 1 year, 2 years, 3 years, or at the end of his presidency when the “economy” (aka the market to the TDS fools) comes back…..because the market will come back, it always has and always will
When it does come swinging back positive, will y’all say good job Trump or congratulate Joe and Kamala for their economic prowess finally paying off…clowns

Going to need a rebound within two or the mid-terms will be a bloodbath and the ability to continue with his agenda will be greatly diminished.

Chaotic look
Nobody in the economic world with Trumps vision sees it like this…

This is what is freaking out the posters on this board.
Instant gratification people think the market will go up every day and believes someone did something wrong if it doesn’t…
Long term realist type investors will reap the rewards

OMG! That's 1st grade level English grammar.
The correct word you're looking for, Eric/Comrade Snitchkovsky, is "raised."

Bringing back manufacturing is essential for not only our economy but also National Security

That is directly from the Tweet. Not my words. You should DM Eric. I am sure he will be interested

We are talking economics and tariffs in this thread. I suggest you stay on topic and stop spamming the thread

It's a shame that the thread can't be a discussion.

Good that they are looking to get out of China but from reading the artice it sounds like they're moving to countries not being targeted by tariffs

Nobody likes going through withdrawals after substance abuse and the daily dopamine hits of easy money for 2 decades or more.
Sobriety sucks at first but is necessary long term. Your body will fight it like hell. It will feel like death in the initial stages. But it's the only way out.
