I added a few shares below 4.30 after hours. I'll load up if it drops back below 4. This is my only speculative position and I've done well YTD so I can throw a little towards it.

Tellurian Inc. (Tellurian) (NASDAQ: TELL) announced today it has finalized a liquefied natural gas (LNG) sales and purchase agreement (SPA) with Vitol Inc. (Vitol). The SPA is for three million tonnes per annum (mtpa) on a free on board (FOB) basis at Driftwood LNG for a ten-year period, indexed to a combination of two indices: the Japan Korea Marker (JKM) and the Dutch Title Transfer Facility (TTF), each netted back for transportation charges. At today’s prices, the agreement is valued at approximately $12 billion in revenue over ten years.

Yeah I was kicking myself for not taking more profits from my June calls yesterday. Now I’m kicking myself for taking any profits lol. That being said I will probably exit all June and July positions today, the broader market tanking may dampen this news.

Taking a converse view - I bought TELL puts yesterday. I'm not convinced they will secure natural gas supply, which makes their project worthless. They will need over a $1-2B to go acquire a large, meaningful Haynesville operator and acreage. They also need $16B to construct the LNG facility which I do not believe they currently have.
