Speaking of the road work, next week I have a crew going out to sample a potential dirt pit for the roadway expansion. The DOTD is moving along nicely.

Apparently no dilution until on down the road when the share price is higher?

Dilution was always going to need to happen for Driftwood, either through equity partners or by issuing additional shares. Can’t do it all with debt.

Now that's what I'd call a scoop.
Seriously, please keep us posted. That is very helpful news.

When they announce they've notified Bechtel to go ahead then that is essentially the FID. Their notice to proceed is what I'd call FID. They'd be all in.

Whats the upside here? Now that we’re in the Russell is the long term PT 8-12 or more like 50-60?

IMO that depends on when dilution happens. Hopefully $15-20 spike before they use their ATM. We’ll see how the market reacts to the other deals.

Ceiling for now would be around 12-13 I'd say.

Once the first phase is ongoing or done maybe 25-27.

I'm looking long for 60+ in my 401k.

In my Cash account if it spikes over 12 I'm reducing 1/2 and will wait for the pullback of dilution.

Looks like there have been some wild swings over the years. Would be nice to get a couple more upgrades and get a massive run like fcel or plug had last year

Yea so the overlay from cheniere years ago watched it pop to $25. Before it retreated to somewhere around $12. Then it ran to 60 pulled back and ran to 80.

There is a thread somewhere I'll go find. I've been holding this for years so it's been a while since I saw it. I'll go look and see.

Found it

Thank you for that. Wish I had found this stock earlier but am sitting on a couple thousand shares… will be happy with even the low end targets there.. cant imagine what i’d do if it ever sees $60-$80 again.

It hasn't seen it yet.

That was an overlay from Cheniere LNG which Souki built.

But... Precovid it was at $8.

It's much further along and is half that now. Minimum I see 8-10 soon enough

Figured an acquisition was coming. I know they already drill some wells with Rockcliff, wonder if they will fully acquire them

There's also a few more shares now than Pre-Covid.

This is interesting:
