NEW YORK, Dec. 01, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Nasdaq (Nasdaq: NDAQ) today filed a proposal with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to adopt new listing rules related to board diversity and disclosure. If approved by the SEC, the new listing rules would require all companies listed on Nasdaq’s U.S. exchange to publicly disclose consistent, transparent diversity statistics regarding their board of directors. Additionally, the rules would require most Nasdaq-listed companies to have, or explain why they do not have, at least two diverse directors, including one who self-identifies as female and one who self-identifies as either an underrepresented minority1 or LGBTQ+. Foreign companies and smaller reporting companies would have additional flexibility in satisfying this requirement with two female directors.

As a shareholder, I definitely want a person who is less qualified but gay to protect my interests. Makes complete sense
Or someone that is mentally insane and thinks that they're the opposite sex.

Thanks. I sold at $160.

The inmates are running the asylum. This is a formula for some Gillette like stupidity.
Some of Japan's most successful companies were spawned by families who had no sons. The sons of rich families too often were spoiled and entitled brats who weren't so good when they inherited the family business. Conversely, families with only daughters selected their future business owner based on merit in arranged marriages.

Well, it looks like everything is still tumbling after hours. That’s not good.

Growth stocks can’t keep going at the hyperbolic rate they were going. This is a reset then should see more green by end of week. Investors will start buying these dips up
