NBIS is far offsetting my losses on HGRAF so far today. Hopefully a lot of people see this as a buying opportunity and crush the shorts.

You have to use a limit order not market order with schwab.

Took it 45 minutes to fill, but finally filled at $7.48
Here is the response to my question/concern with my broker about frickery going on.
There was a street wide issue on quotes for OTC securities this morning. Because of this a lot of market and limit orders were having delayed fills. Since these orders were not getting filled as quick as they normally do. The OTC exchange was having to manually fill these orders, which was causing much slower fills. On top of that, the reason your order had a delay was because it was a limit order. Market orders take priority, so we were having to wait for all the market orders that were placed before your limit order to fill before your limit order got filled.
I'm not selling until December at the earliest when my shares start to hit long-term status. I'm just in the the ride for now and will make decisions about selling later.

I tried to buy a couple weeks ago, but Vanguard said no.
Honestly, every time I look back on something the MB suggests but vanguard prohibits, I think to…hmm, I would’ve lost my arse on that.
