Well shite, I sold my 1500 shares yesterday on a whim. I was up 27% and decided to put that cash somewhere else. frick my luck.

Reading between the lines of the PR, it looks like mgt is resistant to the offer. Perhaps there is a bit of "it's not happening" going on but I would still expect the offer to be reasonably indicative of value.
