I am up 37.48% for the past year and YTD I am at 31.10%. Both is beating the S&P 500 and NASDAQ. How are you doing based on these two benchmarks?

in the boomer account im up 29.6% 1-year and ytd im up 15.22%
fun account im up 97%. less than a dozen shares of FBTC and NVDA. few NVDA weekly calls over the last 2 weeks helped with that too.

Across my whole port idk exactly but I bet it’s in the mid to high 30s. I usually do that calculation at the end of the year.
After this year I’ll probably have a True CAGR (inflation adjusted) of like 18-20% over the past 5 years. Like triple market average.

Small brag, even though it's luck, luck, and more luck.
Small RH account started in May so 1Y and YTD are the same.
+490% YTD (+$7,060)
Started it with the intent of focusing on using a "net credit" strategy, sell high IV stocks, watch them do nothing, and collect. Then I went long on SMR, RKLB, and UUUU/NXE just before they exploded.

I retired May 1st and have been dollar cost averaging into the market since June-Nov. My accounts are up 7%.

Like everyone else I’m up 38% this year. Sadly, I had an unfortunate experience with Viacom in 2021… So my 3 yr average is 3.9.

Overall investments are up a bit over 14% universally YTD.
A retired friend of mine calls these a “better-than-treading-water year”.
As to my performance, I’m not seeking her opinion, but I’d estimate I’m an A.
