I'm officially debt-free. I owe nothing to anyone. I'm going all-cash from here on out. I'm also going to invest like a wild man.

With interest rates at all time lows, at least you have peace of mind.

Congratulations!
Gave up investment time for peace of mind, and I salute you!
However, I am about the investment time > peace of mind.
Any regrets for choosing to pay off sooner than investment growth?
Hope not! Congratulations to you!!

Congrats. Huge milestone to becoming wealthy as you are now exclusively an interest earner and no longer paying interest.

real simple. all situations are not alike.
i had a high rate and did not owe alot so it did NOT pay to refi. i paid it off. now had i had a huge mortgage and low rate of course i would milk low rate and pay everything else off instead.

Not many people truly experience what real freedom is. You are experiencing that now.
Congrats!

Congrats! Invest like wild and you'll be set. Don't slow the pace now. Get to building that army of $ bills to work for you.

Welcome to the club. No better feeling.

Congrats. I did that, then built a house and have a mortgage again. I hate it.

Congratulations -- I'm envious. This is the one area of my financial life that I wish had been managed better (not for lack of trying, but for lack of spousal alignment).

Congrats! Great feeling and GOAL you achieved. Just don't invest so heavily until maybe another bubble burst. The markets are still at an all time high right now...

Congrats, did mine last in the spring. Yes, very personal math on investing vs. house.
Geaux Tigers.

In the Old Days this would result in a mortgage burning party!
Make a copy and torch it.
Congrats.
