Some of us actually enjoy doing stonks in our spare time. Crazy as it is.
It’s a potentially lucrative hobby for people like me or bb88. I know my life has benefited from it and I imagine his has as well, financially as well as the pride of learning something new and growing and becoming more
Bb88 and I are both at similar stage in life, young kids, working, trying to set ourselves up for the long run. I’m not hiding behind a computer or phone screen when my kids are in front of me, I’m doing this when I have a few mins of free time. I imagine he’s doing the same
I won’t regret learning a new skill later on in life. Even if I never benefited financially from this directly, it would have given me valuable new insights that I can use in my career or personal life. Financial benefit is a huge bonus though
That’s where I sit on this. Some guys are drinking too much after kids go to bed. Many are watching shitty TV or YouTube or social media brainrot. Few are doing things to better themselves and their families. BB88 and I are grinding learning a new skill in our free time

They wouldn’t have simply named “Google” if Google Maps were the only Google customer. In the past, they specifically referred to Google Maps, but in the Rev8 announcement they used “Google” instead. I would guess we have Google Deepmind as well, but Waymo would be crazy lol. Theoretically Waymo should switch but the cost may be high for them”

$9s in my opinion in one of the best asymmetrical bets you can find right now. The Amazon warrants should establish a hard floor in the $8s.
I’m just not seeing much downside for ELVA after the Amazon news.
Jamestown factory delays is about the only bear case in my view.
Earnings will be mid August.

I’ve put a little thought on how I’ll play it.
Probably very small protective puts with an 8/21 expiry. Like $500 to 1k of $35 out of the money puts in the event that we see the same shenanigans that we saw in May.
Probably several LEAPS, a lot of shares, and a little cash.
Then again, NBIS earnings are same day!!
This is going to be a doozy.
Will need more thought on this.
A little run up would be nice and open up more possibilities.
I still hold 3 NBIS November calls.
