I have had to roll this covered call so many times at this point. This stock just keeps blowing through my strike.

I bought 1200 shares based off of this sites recommendation when it was at $90. I think it’s going to hit $500 by years end.

Is it basically the same difference if you exercise your calls or sell them? Ive got some 1/2028 150’s i want to get the shares at some point but i dont want to make the wrong decision

If you do the math, I think you'll probably find you come ahead by selling the options, because you are so far into the money.
Let's say you have 1 contract for 100 shares. You can buy them for $150 a share if you exercise the options. So you would spend $15,000, but would have shares worth $26,000 or so, for a net of $11,000.
If you sell the options for say, $175/shr, then you would end up with a net profit of $17,500. Your break even cost would be $110/shr price, and I think you're over that.
I'm discounting the original premium, because that is a sunk cost in either scenario.

Emmanuel Macron is uttering the name of our beautiful Nebius. Here's the translation from the reddits
quote:
Nebius Chooses France.
The AI Cloud player unveils a project exceeding 8 billion euros in investment to deploy cloud infrastructures and services, with a target capacity of 240 MW, positioning the site among the continent's most powerful.
Thank you!

I just pulled the trigger today for $40K more in shares, as my initial $18K investment has more than tripled, and I’m on for the long haul so may as well get more now.

I probably should add some more, but I’m afraid it will drop. My 41 shares are Pennie’s to what some of you have. I had 55 shares and sold some awhile back. That was a mistake.

I don’t know if those numbers were part of something that’s already been announced but Macron posted that earlier today. He had a string of similar tweets with other companies like Amazon

This thing keeps on rolling...
Just be prepared - it will inevitably pull back. For those who weren't around 8 months ago, this stock can be extremely volatile, and can go down just as quick as it grows. A lot of people lost a lot of money on this stock by trying to play the ups an downs. Both by selling to early and getting left behind, selling when the dip got too low for them, or getting too involved in the short term options game.
The safest play is to buy the stock, hang on and let it ride, and trust Arkady and team. As long as the demand is hot, this is a great stock to own.

Guilty of playing the short term options game..Learned my lesson and sticking to shares and enjoying the ride.

The cost for a contract is so high for NBIS right now, that I don't bother. I do dabble in some of the others. I did sell some covered calls (regretted it) and I have sold some puts recently, but playing options on NBIS is pricey, unless you buy them $100 out of the money with a strike date 6 weeks away, but who's gonna do that?
Posted on 6/2/26 at 7:32 am to Jax-Tiger
I also sold some CC's that I regret and did some puts recently to try to get shares back but only got the nice premiums. I am now trying to add to my OUST account with my free cash.

I don't do options but I do kind of want to sell a chunk of my position right now. It's in a Roth so there aren't any capital gains implications.
My average basis is 48.8/share and my account is short on cash after I bought a chunk of OUST
I just have to imagine there is going to be a fall b/c NBIS is the prettiest girl at the ball right now. Then I'll buy some more.
I could just liquidate my Palantir now that it's finally in the black
