Does anybody else hate how the value of the calls lags behind? My account is mostly NBIS, right now, and it was showing up as negative for about an hour after NBIS went red (Everything was green except for that HGRAF shite), even though I should have been big in the money.
Is this standard for all trading apps, and is there a way to take advantage of it? Something like purchasing contracts real quick before the prices adjust to reflect a increase/drop in the underlying stock.

I picked up an IREN 11/7 $62c for $4.40. How would you be feeling about that one?
I like it, personally. Obviously you never know going into earnings, especially while shifting your business model. They could miss earnings but give good updates and future guidance.
I’m bullish on them long term

What a day! I bought $125 10/31 calls this morning when we went to $118. Just sold for over 200% profit.
I’m going to the bar!

They don’t typically, but today has very low volume on stock and options. Can be finicky on days like this.
Also, the 11/21 and 12/16 options are already priced higher because of the earnings premium. So they won’t go up as much when the stock started so low in the day. Also, theta starting to work against you as well.
Add up those 3 things and calls will act that way

If you're referring to shares, there's no better time than right now with NBIS. We're still $15 below ATH and this thing is primed to rip.

Yeah, I like it, too. I just don't know enough about IREN to be comfortable with the ebb and flow of it.
Obviously, if earnings aren't all that, it's gonna be a salvage operation, but I'm hoping that it has enough buffer built up by then that I can just roll it out a few months. We'll see. It's so close to being ITM that if earnings are big, I could pocket a chunk of change. Especially with some of the other good news going on.

That's why I finally off loaded my 10/31 a bit ago. The decay effects it on an hour by hour basis this close to expiration. Seemed like the stock would have had to have a HUGE pop for it to significantly effect the premium in a positive way.

Is this a good position to enter today for a longer play?
Or has that shipped sailed long ago?
Most on here would say that it is not too late.
1.) Earnings are in two weeks, so timing is good for that.
2.) AI is ramping up. Hyperscalers are spending 100's of billions on compute, going forward, and NBIS is carving out a nice position in that sector. Stock could double or more in the next year.
3.) NBIS owns almost 1/3 of Clickhouse, which is going to be a very hot IPO in 2026. If that IPO goes well, they will benefit. They also own AVRide, and Toloka. Executive team for NBIS has made a lot of great moves that have kept them from taking on excessive debt.
4.) I could be wrong, so don't take this as financial advice.

Been fighting the urge to trade today but had too much going on and am just holding since I’m pretty extended already.
Have a slew of 11/21 and 1/16 130c and some 1/16 140c that have been digging out since I bought them back before the pullback. Holding all.

I ended up entering at $124 earlier. Let's ride.
Definitely kicking myself for not entering during liberation week back in Apil like I did several other positions, but I've been following this thread for a while, and NBIS, and I feel good about this entry point still.

I've been playing it risky this week playing the 10/31's but I need to get away from that and get back to playing longer calls. I did okay today unloading my 10/31's and some UUUU 22 calls I bought on Monday that were up 65% today to give me a little cash to play with moving forward.

Volume picking up here…hopefully into the right direction. Nervous final hour.
Hopefully we are getting some of the CRWV stragglers coming over to NBIS after their botched purchase attempt this morning
