The score doesn't show up on my moodle page for the strategy brief, but the person from our group that submitted it said we got a 15/15. If you are the person that submitted it and your grade doesn't show up in the moodle grade book you can try looking in the turnitin link. It sometimes shows up there first.

Is it just me, or is anyone else tired of these 1000 word forums every week in MADM 701? Will all the writing slack up as I get further into the program?

I feel exactly the same way. I am writing just to write, rather than putting out quality work. This whole class is getting old. I find it funny too that Berbeth sent out a message yesterday stating that Dr. Williams had internet issues and she would be slow to respond, but if we have internet issues we are told to be professional and find a way to work it out. This is by far the worst class I have had at LSUS.

Nolamom, can you send me the MADM 720 syllabus as well? (clifton.c.mark@gmail.com) I'm looking at taking it for summer AP2. How difficult was this class? Mid to late summer is generally pretty busy at my work and I'm hoping this is an easier elective.

yea, I was tired of them after week two. The word count is the worst. The forums wouldn't be nearly as bad if she would just say use as many words as you need to relate these topics blah blah blah.......I will be ecstatic when I am finished with this class, if it was my first class in the program I don't know if I would have made it this far.

Man, I had 2/4 group members drop the class yesterday for MKT 701. So much work now for me and the remaining group member. Has anyone started/completed the Blue Round? We are supposed to meet tonight to start.

Wow that sucks benny. Prayers to you. My group met over the weekend and went through our red round results and the information for the blue round. It took us about three hours but we went section by section of the strategy brief for blue round and wrote down notes about each section while manipulating the software to come up with the strategy. Then we put our info into a single document and just all edited at our own pace over the weekend. We will be meeting tonight to run the actual simulation. From what I can gather the strategy brief for this week is the most labor intensive, so hopefully it lightens up over the last few runs. Best of luck to you.

Wow, thats depressing news. The only reason we did not meet prior was because the 2 that dropped the class could not meet over the weekend and wanted to meet today, then they dropped haha.

I did an As Is canvas, a To Be for each path, and have some ideas on where to go from here but we are meeting for the first time tonight to discuss how we'll handle this round. It doesn't seem too bad to me. Just time consuming.

Those of you who are taking ISDS 705 next, what are you all thoughts on it? I'm not really feeling the idea of having our grades based only on 3 test. I'm debating on dropping it before it starts and take 702. But, I don't see 702 being offered anytime soon.

MBA, I think we can all handle ISDS 705 together. My feedback so far is that it's not too hardcore and likely less demanding than 702.

I wish I could take both 702 & 705, 1 as a core and 1 as an elective but 702 isn't offered until the Spring and I hope to be done by then. I definitely prefer those test only formats over this MKT & MADM 701 bs.

Sorry Benny. Our team will be submitting our brief tonight and then more than likely running the simulation tomorrow. Very time consuming but if it starts to lighten up after this week then
