Just found and read through about 40 pages of this thread. Has some really great information.
Classes I’ve taken so far: BADM 700 BADM 701 ACCT 701 MADM 760
Enrolled in FIN 701 for AP1 currently, I’ve seen the PDF of the textbook mentioned in this thread, would anyone be willing to email me a copy? mbalsus18@gmail.com
I’m willing to share any information I have about classes I’ve taken so far.

I'm considering this program (completed the initial application) and wanted to get the opinions of those enrolled/graduated on its quality. I assume the advertised 12-month completion is based on two classes a term. Is this feasible as a full-time employee, spouse, and parent? Thank you. JP

I work full time, spouse, and parent. So far the program hasn't taken a whole lot of time from me. If you are a prior business major and are exempt from the prereq courses the program is 10 classes. There are 6 sessions a year. So with the 12 months in mind you would have to double up every session or 4 of the sessions depending on the pre req. The program is going to take me 18 months. I only doubled up once and thats all I planned to, I picked the perfect classes for it too. Its definitely alot more time consuming doubling up. I would suggest only doubling up a few times and stretching the program a bit.

Does anyone know of any working Cengagebrain coupons? I've tried a few but all expired. I'm needing to purchase an access key for the MADM 752 class that starts next week.

Work full-time, married, 3 kids. I doubled up for the first time last session and I thought it was rough. The sessions that I took 1 class were a breeze so I thought 2 wouldn't be a big deal but it was. All free time including weekends were spent on classwork (mostly reading.) I have to do it one more time to finish by the end of the year and I'm not looking forward to it.
As others have said it's doable if you work the classes right... some are less time consuming than others. All depends on what you want out of it.

MADM701 w/ Dr. Williams
Lots of busy work and writing and several multiple choice tests. Grading is pretty inconsistent on the papers and weekly writing assignments. Make sure you hit the word counts, use some references on everything, graders seem to like that and use proper formatting on references. You should be able to make an A as long as you do the work. I got C's and B's on all the tests but got an A because of so many opportunities.

Thanks for the info! If you've taken MKT 701 w/ Dr. James, which would you say has more coursework? And are the tests proctored?

Hi socal77,
I searched for coupons as well for the text, but I didn't find any. I went ahead and purchased it on mindtap for 110.

Thanks for checking, MBA. I found a $6 coupon code when I had a class using Cengage last year. I guess I'll go order it. Its just hard for me when that "Enter Coupon Code" box is staring at you in check out.

Did anyone take the ISDS 705 this past session? Was looking for some insight on how it turned out.
Posted on 5/2/17 at 10:41 am to GSMBA16
I have taken 702 and 705.
I can't remember which is which but the "IT" related one is fairly ok. you just need to read the chapters...(I believe the tests are open book)...
For the quant. analysis...I asked him hundreds of questions everyday...do all of the homework and follow his notes thoroughly... I made it out with an A... his language was so simplistic to me at times that it was confusing.
I am almost done... I am waiting for MKT 701 to start and will take FIN 701 and MADM 715 next semester...
I would like to get an early start to MKT 701 but she wont release anything early... does anyone remember what chapters were first? or have any pointers...

Hey MrsBell. I'll also be in MKT 701. Discouraging that she won't let us get a jump on the readings. Also wasn't expecting the extra $50 for the simulation.
In regards to ISDS 705, the IT one, was it very time consuming? easily doubled?

brentb71, I'm going to be taking ISDS705 later this year and I was told it's a good course to double up on.

I thought Binshan Lin was a difficult professor... can anyone verify this for ISDS 705-Management systems info?

His reviews on rate my professor are not good. Very few professors actually taach their class but throw it at you.
