What kind of affect should that have on share price?

No idea. I had different penny stock do this and it killed the price. If what the letter to shareholders is true, there is nothing to worry about. If the CEO basically did it to preemptively stop bleeding when he also announced the RS and doubling in size, new orders, etc aren’t true. I can wash another $1k on penny stocks down the drain

I know a major part of operating a corporation is managing its capital & debt. Acquire equity while not diluting shareholder value, and leverage with debt without breaking the bank.
But when a company thinks its salvation is thru financial gimmicks versus selling a good product at lowest cost, then they are in for some BIG trouble ahead.
<=== logs in to brokerage account and buys 1,000,000 shares of MDTR because I dont listen to my own advice.

I think they have a solid product with a chance to be a major player in containers.
Only time will tell but I'm not expecting much from this one.

I've been on MDTR since before they changed their name. The problem is that there's so much competition packing wise and there's bound to be a magnitude of knock offs. I went from being well over 50% green to in the red at the same rate. Unless they're bought out, if and when it pops, I'm out. Good luck for the long holds. I once thought this would be an eventual .80 to a dollar stock, now I'm just hoping it can get to a nickle or so(and that's probably just wishful thinking).

As have I, this is one of those companies that if I get back to 50% up, I'm cutting and running. Hell, I may run if I just get back to even. Between MDTR, NXTTF and LVVV, my speculation investing is getting crushed while my more stable and conventional investments are crushing in a good way.

Looks like a Quonset hut to me... Same thing.

NXTTF is on a pathway to destruction. Down -18% today. PeC resigned as auditor.
I’ve already accepted that this investment is on its way to $0. I’ll hold on to my minimal share count just in case it somehow rights the ship....but that ain’t likely.

My MJ etf investment is slowly building back, but I definitely bought at the top as of now. That’s a long term hold for me so I’m okay with it being red right now.
I have very little in LVVV and NXTTF thankfully. Where is the one poster who put everything into NXTTF?

African Japanese. I want to say he had like $32k in at around $2.50/share. Pretty sure he is planning my demise along with anyone else that was in on NXTTF back in Sept-Nov.
I have $2500 invested in NXTTF at $1.99/share. It's at a point where there is no point in pulling out. I can only loss a max of another $700.

African Japanese is down 27k on NXTTF

IDK his full financial situation but I'd for sure be sick.

I dont understand why everyone is throwing money at OTC when there are plenty of trades on the reputable exchanges making good gains.
marijuana not being in penny land is part of making a true industry finally

I realize this is a little self-contradictory, but it's insane to have that kind of money on a single penny stock. Granted, even a year ago, I would call myself crazy if I put $10k into penny stocks.

Don't spend money you're not fine with losing. Simple as that.

I know I haven’t at least. Still don’t like losing money though

I have 5 shares of ACB when it was at $5. I'm rich!
Day trading isn't for me. I'm just going to sit on it and ride it out.

Good outlook, Short Term Trading when you have different primary income is basically a second job that you get severely underpaid on if you think about it; considering the time and resources it takes to be successful over a long term timeline; compared to the same gains with that money parked in a ETF that takes 0 effort.
That is unless it is your first job.
